Early Childhood Teaching Assistant-
We are seeking an Early Childhood Teaching Assistant for our Elementary School. We seek a self -
motivated and innovative individual for this role .
Minimum Qualifications:
? Teaching qualification, preferably a Diploma in Education
? Minimum of 2 years working with children in a professional capacity
Key Responsibilities
? Supporting small groups or individual students for specific tasks as assigned by the teacher
? Supervising students during break, lunch and transition between different classes
? Supporting students to follow the HIS Elementary School Essential Agreements at all times
? Raising concerns and reporting any concerning behaviour to the teacher and appropriate
staff as per School procedures.
? Under supervision of the teacher
o engaging in learning conversations with the students
o assessing student learning progress
o monitoring well-being regularly
o assisting in communication with parents
